Shipping & Delivery

 We will use the most efficient carrier for deliveries to your area. Most orders without personalized items will usually ship within 2 business days. Some items are oversize and require extra shipping charges in addition to regular shipping charges. Any additional shipping charges are indicated with the item description as applicable. Charges for insured shipping, packing & handling will be added to your order according to the following schedule:

Our shipping chart above is for the United States and regular shipping in Canada only. International shipping rates will not be calculated at checkout but will be added to your order when you have confirmed the quote and we have processed your order. Please note that it is not possible for us to know all the various duties/taxes for each country, and that this will be your responsibility for payment. Bay Antique Center cannot be responsible for any delivery delays due to Customs.

Upon inquiry, Bay Antique Center will email you a quote within 2 business days. Please reply to our emailed shipping quote within 72 hours. If we do not hear from you within 72 hours, your merchandise will be returned to stock, and your order will not be shipped.

Privacy & Security

We take the responsibility of protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy very seriously! We will never rent, sell, loan, offer, or give away any of the information that you provide to us. We hate junk mail as much as the next person and wouldn’t even think about sending any. We will however, send you newsletters and or discounts/promotions specifically related to Bay Antique Center. If at any time you wish to change your newsletter preferences, follow the link provided in the newsletter emails or just log onto your account and make the necessary changes.

Under no circumstances will any of your credit card information be given out. No one on the Bay Antique Center staff has access to credit information once it is entered on our site. In the rare case that we conduct a transaction over the phone, we will promptly destroy any personal information given to us. We go to great lengths to protect this aspect of your shopping experience with Bay Antique Center.

We utilize state of the art technology for shopping and ecommerce security. If you order a product from us, our software places your name in our secure/encrypted customer database. We never share any customer information with any 3rd parties for any reason except for fulfilling an order. For example, UPS requires shipping information to deliver merchandise purchased on BayAntiqueCtr.com.

If you supply us with your telephone number or email address online, you may receive a customer service call regarding an order you placed. We will only contact you to ensure superior customer service and order delivery. We will not call for any marketing or promotional purposes.

Returns & Replacements

We at Bay Antique Center want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your UNUSED article within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Before sending your article of merchandise back to us, please refer to our Return Policy below to make sure that all the conditions listed in such policy have been correctly satisfied.

Damaged packages

Damaged packages must be noted to the shipper by the customer upon receipt. All claims for hidden damages to merchandise must be reported to the carrier within 2 days. It is the buyers responsibility to make any claims to the shipper. We will do our best to help resolve any issues in a fair manner. If you need to send an item back due to a shipping error on our behalf, please re-pack the item in its original packaging and contact our customer service department by email at sales@bayantiquectr.com.

Sales Tax

Any Items that are shipped in Michigan will be charged the current Michigan State sales tax rate. No tax will be charged for orders shipped outside of Michigan.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
